Authored by Gilbert van der Heiden, Frances Karamouzis, Ruby Jivan, and Ian Marriott, published on October 3, 2013, the Magic Quadrant compares and evaluates vendor capabilities for providing multi-year SAP Application Management services among 18 providers across a broad range of SAP Application Management services and across multiple SAP solutions.
Infosys has also been positioned as a 'Leader' in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Oracle Application Management Service Providers, Worldwide, 2013. Authored by Frances Karamouzis, Gilbert van der Heiden, Ruby Jivan, and Ian Marriott, published on October 3, 2013, the Magic Quadrant compares and evaluates 13 service providers to supply multi-year Oracle Application Management services.
Furthermore, Infosys has been named a 'Leader' in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Oracle Applications Implementation Services, Worldwide, 2013. Authored by Alex Soejarto and Susanne Matson, published on September 16, 2013, the Magic Quadrant compares and evaluates 14 service providers in consulting and implementation services on their capabilities to successfully implement Oracle Application products for buyers of enterprise application solutions.
Infosys BPO, a majority-owned subsidiary of Infosys, has been named a 'Leader' in a number of BPO service categories by Gartner in their Magic Quadrants. Infosys BPO was positioned as a 'Leader' in the Magic Quadrant for Finance and Accounting BPO, authored by Cathy Tornbohm, published on May 29, 2013. Infosys McCamish Systems, an Infosys BPO company, was also positioned in the 'Leaders Quadrant' in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for North American Life Insurance Policy Administration Systems by Steven Leigh, published on June 19, 2013.
For its Finacle™ core banking solution, Infosys has been positioned as a 'Leader' in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for International Retail Core Banking report, authored by Don Free and Ethan Wang, published on October 8, 2013, for the seventh time in a row. Finacle was recognized among 20 global vendors, who were evaluated on key parameters. Infosys was positioned the furthest within the ‘Leaders’ Quadrant based on its completeness of vision and ability to execute.
