Infosys wins patent for innovative testing architecture framework
Infosys was granted a patent for an automated software testing architecture framework that enables testing of complex and domain- intensive products. The patent - Automated Software Testing Architecture Using a Multi-Level Framework - also accelerates test automation by de-skilling the process.
The three-level framework of the architecture comprises a first level data source to specify test pages, a second level data source with test cases for the test pages, and a third level data source comprising test data for the test cases. Each of the three levels is associated with respective scripts. The framework also has an intermediate entity data source.
