Infosys signs multi-year Global BPO contract with Philips
- Infosys BPO has entered into a landmark multi-million dollar outsourcing contract with Royal Philips Electronics (Philips).
- Infosys BPO will acquire Philips' Shared Services Centers in India, Poland and Thailand to provide a wide range of Finance & Accounting and Non-product Procurement services to Philips.
The Infosys BPO-Philips contract is among the largest Finance & Accounting BPO engagements from India. It reinforces Infosys' leadership position in transformation-based BPO services. Infosys BPO has recorded over 70% revenue growth and a significant increase in its client base in FY2007-08.
