ComputerWorld ranks Infosys among "The 100 best places to work for in the US in IT"
In yet another recognition of the company's employee philosophy, Infosys featured in the list of top 100 companies in ComputerWorld's Best Places to Work in IT in US, 2004. It is the only company with its global HQ in India to have been included in this list. The list is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories like benefits, diversity, career development, training and retention. In addition, Computerworld conducts extensive surveys of employees, and their responses factor heavily in determining the rankings.
