Infosys sets up ABB's EA practice
ABB, a global leader in power and automation technologies, achieved better alignment and integration between business and IT by establishing an Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice. The company engaged Infosys for guidance on defining the EA function and creating a Federated ABB Enterprise Architecture Framework based on The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
Infosys successfully established the EA practice at ABB and instituted a governance framework, processes and standards. ABB realized several business benefits, including:
