Legal Research
Infosys' Research team provides world-class legal research services. Our team can handle legal research in almost any jurisdiction or area of the law, from intellectual property, anti-piracy, employment and labor law to general civil areas such as fraud and contract law. The end product can be delivered through a legal research memo using Issue, Rule, Analysis and Conclusion (IRAC) format or any other format prescribed by the client.
Our team is trained in U.S./U.K. laws ranging from constitutional law, torts, property, evidence, civil procedure and corporate laws. It is also trained on the mechanics of shepardizing and understanding citation formats, as well as on using industry-leading legal databases.
Legal Coding
Our legal coding services include coding of basic bibliographic data contained in a document, such as author, date, document type and document number. We also offer services such as detailed indexing that includes all of the bibliographic fields, an outline of contents, and a plain English summary, differentiating logical documents from each other and determining parent-child attachment relationships between them, data extraction and analysis; and legal document tagging services.
