Legal Drafting and Abstracting
Our services include deposition preparation and digesting (in traditional style, memo style, or summary of only relevant testimony), preparation of legal briefs, motions and memoranda, abstracting of cases, decisions, testimony and other litigation-related documents.
E-Discovery
Our E-Discovery services include First and Second-Level Document Review involving manual reviewing and organizing of all electronic document media for relevance, materiality, confidentiality and privilege, and related multi-issue coding under U.S. Attorney supervision.
We also work with our E-Discovery platform partners to provide clients with a managed end-to-end E-Discovery solution spanning the entire E-Discovery lifecycle, from collection to manual review.
Our E-Discovery team undergoes rigorous in-house training with extensive classroom and practical sessions on the specifics of document review. It includes working knowledge of privilege reviews, the attorney work-product doctrine, confidentiality, etc., as well as training on various review platforms. For E-Discovery projects, we have experts not only in litigation, but also in operations management, information security, technology and quality control. Legal Research
We provide legal research services for litigation. Our teams can handle legal research related to litigation in almost any area of the law, from intellectual property, anti-piracy, employment and labor law to general civil areas such as fraud and contract law. The end product is delivered through a legal research memo or any form prescribed by the client.
Objective Review
We offer objective or bibliographic review of litigation and discovery documents by coding basic bibliographic data contained in a document, such as author, date, document type and document number. In addition, we provide detailed indexing including all of the bibliographic fields, grouping logical documents and determining parent-child attachment relationships between them. We also provide an outline of contents or a plain English summary. Our coders can handle huge volumes and meet stringent deadlines without compromising on quality.
