Patent Services
We provide comprehensive services spanning the entire Intellectual Property (IP) lifecycle. We provide a wide range of services, from patent searching and portfolio management to strategic patent advisory services. We divide the IP lifecycle into four stages:
Conception Stage
We provide services for management of innovation. Protection Stage
Our services relate to protection of innovation such as patent drafting, prosecution, and filing/docketing services and other ancillary services around patents like patent translation, illustrations and proof-reading. Our services include patent drafting: provisional and regular, patent prosecution services, patent illustrations, patent proof-reading, patent translations and e-filing and docketing services.
Enforcement Stage
We provide services such as infringement analysis, invalidity analysis, freedom-to-operate searches, claims construction and mapping analysis and IP litigation support services to help clients enforce their patents as part of their defensive or offensive IP strategy. Our services help clients invalidate competitors' patents, defend our client if it is infringing competitors' patents, suggest a design to evade infringement, evaluate risks before launching product/technology in the market, and even support services for patent litigation.
Management Stage
We provide the management with consultancy services and assist managers in their strategic business decisions based on IP.
