Prasad Thrikutam joins Energistics Board of Directors
Infosys' Prasad Thrikutam has been elected to the Board of Directors of Energistics, the upstream oil and gas open standards consortium.
Thrikutam is a Senior Vice President with Infosys. He is responsible for Infosys' Energy, Utilities and Services unit worldwide and serves on the board of the company's China subsidiary division. With more than 21 years of industry experience, Thrikutam also manages Infosys' Systems Integration practice. In 1995, Thrikutam joined Infosys to lead its operations in the southern region of the U.S. Prior to Infosys, Thrikutam led regional operations of a leading integrated IT product and services company in India. He has held several leadership roles in manufacturing and operations.
SPE-GCS Young Professionals appoints Amit Prakash to the Board of Directors
Infosys' Amit Prakash will be inducted into the Society of Petroleum Engineers-Gulf Coast Section (SPE-GCS) Young Professionals Board of Directors. He was selected based on his outstanding profile, excellent application and leadership capabilities.
Amit is a Senior Associate of the Energy, Utilities and Services practice at Infosys Consulting. He has held several leadership positions including President of the Petroleum Society at ISM Dhanbad, Treasurer of Marketing Club at ISB and Coordinator of the Organization Committee at the National Petroleum Conference in India.
Amit has been with Infosys Consulting for two years and is currently located in Houston, Texas. He was instrumental in establishing Infosys' E&P practice. He has contributed to the development of L200 study materials, classroom coaching and testing the L300 course content. Amit is an L300-certified professional.
