Infosys implemented Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM applications to transform Human Resources (HR) at Reed Elsevier. Oracle Profit Magazine reports how Infosys' global template approach, intuitive user interface and add-on tools harmonized HR processes and enabled real-time visibility across the enterprise.
The integrated HR system helps Reed Elsevier, a professional information solutions provider, identify employees by expertise, develop new skills and manage the workforce, while addressing the challenges in data security and location-specific reporting.
