What Do You Want To Do?

Infosys empowers the youth by providing them with hands-on experience in Information Technology through SPARK. The on-campus program initiates high school and engineering students into IT across India. It partners with academic institutions to enhance the pool of talent as well as meet the demands of the IT industry.

SPARK helps students realize their potential and assess their industry-preparedness. Launched in August 2008, the program has benefited more than 350,000 students and 16,000 teachers.

Under the auspices of SPARK, we conduct several activities:

SPARK-Rural Reach Program (RRP) initiates Grade 5-7 students - within a radius of 50-150 km of our DCs - into IT, and encourages them to learn science and mathematics.

SPARK Catch Them Young (CTY) provides IT exposure to students of urban high schools through a two-week summer vacation program at our DCs.

SPARK GURU enhances the skills of teachers from government and government-aided schools in rural areas. They are introduced to computers in education for effective teaching.
