Client’s different business units and functions were working in silos. Absence of a comprehensive Intranet portal and the lack of collaboration portals led to the redundancy of content.

In the client’s organization, collaboration happened through emails and involved delays in information broadcasting and other processes such as approvals. Lack of a single stop for policies and templates necessitated end users to reach out to the content owners over email causing delays and sometimes getting hold of noncurrent content.
