Infosys and Kraft: A delicious partnership

Client: Kraft Foods Group (now a part of The Kraft Heinz Company)
Industry: Consumer packaged goods

In this video, Rita Fisher, Senior Director of IT at Kraft Foods Group, speaks about how Infosys has evolved into a trusted transformation partner across key organizational change milestones in Kraft since the beginning of their relationship in 2004. She strongly believes that partnering with Infosys to bring the right people to the program at the right time was a critical success factor for Kraft.

Infosys partnered with Kraft to bring about transformational changes in areas such as fully managed application management services including support, application development, SAP integration, legacy modernization and testing. Kraft achieved reduced costs, improved efficiency and simplified operations. Key achievements of the partnership include:

  • 40 percent reduction in operations cost within the first couple of years,
  • 75 percent ticket reduction while creating a mindset of zero defects
  • 100 percent test hub coverage for critical business processes

Rita goes on to talk about the Symphony supply chain transformation program that is aimed at achieving end-to-end process efficiencies by creating an integrated SAP-based platform. By partnering with Infosys on this program, Kraft will be able to reduce costs, enable growth and build new capabilities for improved decision-making across the enterprise.
