Purpose of Processing

- The processing of PI may be required to contact the candidate for the applied job or other job openings relevant to his/ her profile
- The processing of PI may be required to evaluate the candidature for employment purposes.

The processing of PI may be required to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable statutory requirement, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety as required or permitted by law.
Data Recipients

- Internal recipients within Infosys including certain authorized Infosys employees in internal functions such as Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisitions and supporting teams, Project Delivery Units who may require access to the same for processing in relation to the above stated purpose(s).
- The Personal Data may also be disclosed to governmental entities in compliance with applicable laws, if Infosys receives any such request from the Government.

Your Personal Data will reside on Infosys’s servers in India and our authorized third party service providers’ servers.

Retention Period
Personal Data that is no longer required to be retained as per legal and business requirements will be disposed in a secure manner.
