Breakout 1 - Agile Digital at Scale

Digitizing Customer Journeys: Stories from the Front

A highlight on what some leaders are doing to build new customer experiences – working their way through complete reinvention of customer journeys and supporting processes.

Panelists:

Breakout 2 - AI Powered Core

Where is Automation Taking your Enterprise?

Automation technologies are taking over tasks from human workers and creating new value for businesses by doing tasks – dirty, dull and dangerous - that human workers could never do. And look what these businesses have to show for it.

Breakout 3 - Always on Learning

Innovation Bottom Up

This digital culture demands more speed and experimentation from us all. And yet, building a digital culture does not mean destroying the skills and values that have sustained the company. Rather, it is about renewing that heritage with new ways of thinking and working. How does that really work? Let's ask the leaders who've done it.

Breakout 1 - Agile Digital at Scale

Building the Data-first Culture for Transformation

As organizations embark on massive changes, getting better data is key to eliminating the unknowns of digital transformation. But, what does it take to develop a data-first culture to support the change?

Breakout 2 - AI Powered Core

Letting AI Expand your Powers of Prediction

Enterprises, for some time now, have been leveraging AI to handle traditional prediction problems such as inventory management and customer churn. Now, they are starting to use these prediction to solve problems that we haven’t historically thought of as prediction problems (like predicting hurdles on the road for autonomous vehicles or demand for highly perishable packaged food). Let’s ask them how.

Breakout 3 - Always on Learning

Design Thinking - Why Fast Beats Perfect

Gaining sufficient change velocity requires dramatically speeding up work metabolism. Waiting for enough analysis or the perfect product only gives legacy processes more opportunities to kick in and take over. The minimum viable product (MVP) approach allows for accelerated market entry of innovations while preventing expensive and protracted product development. Ask these design thinkers for whom this is business as usual.

BPM Redux – Reshaping with Digital

Digital transformation with deep domain, process and latest technology can create robust and innovative solutions to provide the ultimate customer experience.

How can the next generation BPM get amplified in this new era of digital revolution? Let’s hear it straight from the very best in the business.

Breakout 2 - AI Powered Core

Taking a Cloud-native Approach

They found the intelligence to spot and seize opportunities fast, create differentiated experiences on demand, deliver it across channels and do it all with dramatically improved economics. They transformed with the cloud. Find out just how.

You Can’t Do This Alone

There was clear recognition today that few of us can do it alone. Partnerships have become commonplace: Toyota collaborates with Amazon’s Alexa. Amazon’s Alexa partners with electric vehicle company Byton, Panasonic and consumer electronics manufacturer Anker. More of these ecosystems are being created, and more leaders are gaining from innovation and idea partnerships. Ask the panelists how it has worked for them.
