Johanna von Geyr

Ms. von Geyr is a market leader in Transformation Management with more than 10 years’ experience in consulting services. Within complex transformation programs of all sizes, she has a proven track record in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance. From strategy to the point of implementation, Johanna has worked successfully with both national and international clients, with a track record to achieve the best results for them.

Johanna leads the BFSI team in DACH. As such she acts as a client partner for various DAX 30 financial services company with multiple roles in project delivery.

Amongst others, she acted as part of the Core Program Management team co-leading a global IT-Transformation and data and voice network consolidation. This to drive transforming a local shared services centre towards an international shared service centre, delivering IT Services for more than 170.000 employees. Beforehand she designed and kicked off the overall Transformation Office to run all Infrastructure transformation initiatives and directly reporting to Group COO - > 250m run rate project costs in 2013. Other projects in ISG have been the establishment of a retained organization and support of the transaction of a Pharmaceutical organization. Furthermore, Johanna took a leading part in developing an IT-Sourcing strategy of a leading German bank.

Prior to joining ISG, Johanna worked as a management consultant for PA Consulting Group, advising clients on various aspects of HR duties, change management, communication and organizational development as part of major transformation programs. She also led the change and communication work stream within several re-organization, sourcing and integration programs. Johanna started her professional career at Firefly Communication, a European communication and PR consulting company, where she established a deep knowledge in all areas of communication, change management and marketing services. Johanna left Firefly as an Account Director and member of the European Management team. She is co-author and author of several white papers, outsourcing trade books and press articles.
