Laurent Le Gourrierec

VP, Strategic Partnerships, Nokia

Laurent Le Gourrierec is VP Strategic Partnerships at Nokia. His organization’s mission is to manage and extend the joint go-to-market Strategic Alliances (currently operating with Accenture, HPE, DXC, IBM, Dell Technologies, and Infosys), the Technology Partnerships (currently active with Qualcomm, Intel, and, most recently, Facebook), develop partnerships with Cloud services providers and Verticals (specific industries like transport, energy, and public sector), and lead relationships with Venture Capital firms interested in partnerships rather than investments for their portfolio startups. Most recently, Laurent has orchestrated new partnerships with AWS, Bosch, Altran, GE, and ABB.

In his previous role, Laurent oversaw technology scouting and business assessments for Bell Labs and led various investments in startups as well as venture capital funds. Laurent has built an extensive experience in Optics and Software Applications through various operational leadership roles in product line management, pre-sales, and financial planning.

Laurent holds an MSEE from Supélec with a major in Information Technology and Telecommunications. Laurent is a Certified Independent Director, with a joint degree from the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Sciences Po. He also holds a Certificate on Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University.

Laurent is the Vice-President of the Advisory Board of I-Source, a member of the Strategy Board of Innovacom, and an observer at the Board of Directors of Team8 (the leading cyber-security fund in Israel). Laurent is also Nokia’s representative at the Board of the Telecom Infra Project.

Laurent gives regular masterclasses at HEC Business School for MBA students and SMB executives, and provides coaching to engineering students.
