Sharad Elhence is a Partner in the Strategy practice of Infosys Limited and works with F500 clients in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution industries. He specializes in addressing the strategy, process, and technology issues that might be impeding business performance. He is also the global leader for Infosys' Value Realization Method™.
Over the last 23 years, Sharad has served many clients. He got his start at American Airlines, was trained in consulting at McKinsey, and then worked for supply chain software company i2 Technologies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, a Master's in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, and an MBA from Wharton.
