In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Infrastructure/Service Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts in high quality, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and transformation.
Overall, this mainly aims for transformation projects but includes transition activities too. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Based on available standard IT building blocks from the global Infosys portfolio we design and implement solutions for our customers. Based on the customer input there might be requirements to enhance the global portfolio – it is your role to connect this and drive portfolio adoption within the global Infosys workplace community.

The focus of this role is leading the development and definition of corporate strategies and architectures for the workplace solutions to provide automation and provisioning processes. While different project-phases workshops, design reviews and presentations with architects, service managers and key stakeholders from business departments are required to ensure integration and validation.


  • Leading design/implementation/transformation projects/project-teams for workplace solutions
  • Design and implementation of global overall workplace automation and provisioning architecture for significant reduction in manual efforts – based on available standard IT building blocks from global Infosys portfolio.
  • Design and implementation of the underlying automation and provisioning product/service solution (e.g. ServiceNow) including service architecture and operations processes
  • Design and implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts
  • 3rd Level support for all the topics
  • Training of L1 and L2 experts
  • Customer consulting on improving / transforming existing workplace automation and provisioning solutions
  • Support transition of existing workplace automation and provisioning environments to global Infosys operations


  • Deploying, managing, and consulting large workplace environments with over 20,000 concurrent users
  • In-depth experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry
  • Solid experience in the field of workplace solutions
  • Good experience with overall workplace automation and provisioning solutions (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Good project management experience
  • Experience in field of transition and especially transformation activities
  • Experience as product owner incl. agile methods
  • Experience with (business) process management (BPM) and -engineering methods
  • Experience with User Experience (UX) engineering methods
  • Experience in the field of cyber-security controls to ensure secure automation and provisioning solutions


  • Leading international projects/project-teams
  • Experience in the field of Microsoft workplace products/services (e.g. SCCM, Intune, Exchange, ActiveDirectory etc.)
  • Product ownership incl. agile methods
  • Programming experience based on PowerShell
  • RESTFul and SOAP
  • Understanding of cloud solutions like AWS and Azure
