Role

In the role of Technology Analyst, you will act as a primary developer on the Data Model /Data and Infrastructure architecture for our Automotive-IT Service landscape. You will eventually conduct requirement analysis, define the activities and modules to develop and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Responsibilities

  • You as a Technology analyst, will handle configuring ServiceNow Platform and IT Workflow based on leading practices to deliver a solution that achieves customer business outcomes. You as the TA will be the functional and technical expert in customer engagements.
  • You will conduct and participate in workshops with Service Operation Cluster Leads to evaluate current processes and influences future-state processes.
  • You will design and deliver ServiceNow ITOM solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
  • You can oversight a unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.
  • You will Consult for Service Operation Cluster leads on how to take advantage of the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
  • You guide Service Managers and Service Operation Cluster leads in specifying demands and completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution.
  • You will provide feedback to product development to improve the product based on experiences gained with our Service Organization.
  • You will drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on our IT-Automotive clients experiences.

Required

  • Degree or proven experience, preferably in Information Technology in technical consulting roles.
  • Extensive experience in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry.
  • Comprehension of, and the ability to communicate and implement the ITIL CMDB Model.
  • Public Cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure Google Cloud, and their corresponding API/Java SDK.
  • Private Cloud vendors such as VMware and automation such as vCenter.
  • Discovery technologies (ADDM, TADDM, DDMA/UD, etc.).
  • ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
  • Comprehension of, and the ability to design and implement eBonding among ServiceNow instances.
  • Understanding of industry-standard protocols such as HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, and REST.
  • Understanding of MIBs and OIDs.
  • IT Operations experience in storage, network, and compute of enterprise environments.
  • Enterprise architecture domains.
  • Service-oriented and distributed application architecture in the enterprise (web services, data access and persistence, client/server, etc.).
  • Experience in transferring Tools and Processes from existing aged technologies towards ServiceNow Solutions
  • Ability to research and independently learn new technical information in order to understand configuration, operation, or network connectivity of applications, operating systems and network devices.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, e.g. Service Operation Cluster Leads and responsible partner teams on Automotive IT client side, to ensure an effective CMDB that adheres to governance standards.

Preferred

  • Good professional experience working in the ITOM or IT services/consulting industry.
  • Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher. Knowledge of other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial.
  • Experience with container and microservice environments such a Docker, and microservice orchestrators such as Kubernetes.
  • Service modelling techniques (TPL, TQL, etc.).
  • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologies.
  • Advanced and current understanding (and practice) in Windows Domain and Unix System Administration.
