The change in business dynamics today are driven by the human desire to be “human” again. Trending today in the digital world is the human drive to be omnipresent by being:
- Able to connect with loved ones while sharing and receiving updates and opinions (social)
- Able to access information anytime and anywhere (cloud)
- Able to get access to right and actionable insights (analytics) for better decision making
- Able to manage time (automation)
In this article, Sachin talks about how today there is a move from “enterprisation of people” to “personification of the enterprise” and why an enterprise needs to recognize and embrace this change in their digital quests.
