SwissRe streamlines IT asset management processes with ServiceNow

Infosys brought expert know-how from a process consulting and technology perspective to help Swiss Re develop innovative solutions on their ServiceNow platform. In addition to this, Infosys provided key skills that cover development life cycle stages such as business analysis, development, testing, and administration. The implementation of ServiceNow in Swiss Re was a huge success and the use of a single tool for many ITIL processes resulted in a number of operational benefits. This allowed Swiss Re senior staff to quickly understand where high levels of IT problems occurred across its geographically-disparate business by reducing service management complexity.
