GSK and Infosys: A strategic partnership

In this video, Hans Frolich, VP and Head of Global Digital Services – GSK, talks about the organization’s collaboration with Infosys in the digital space. GSK’s strategy is to:

  • Create the right set of tools and systems to support salesforce and marketing
  • Enable social media and mobile applications to collaborate with customers easily

Infosys has helped GSK with project management and development of websites and mobile apps. Infosys has also built generic templates and design portals that act as hubs, which connect with GSK’s customers and capture their requirements. Infosys and GSK together have established a framework that reuses components that have been developed earlier.
