Professor Anil K Gupta is a visiting faculty at IIM Ahmedabad, and IIT Bombay. He is also the founder of Honey Bee Network. He has a Ph.D. in (Management), MSc. In Biochemical Genetics and is a Fellow at National Academy of Agricultural Sciences and The World Academy of Art and Science, California 2001. He also founded National Innovation Foundation, and Gujarat Grassroots Innovation Augmentation Network.
A CSIR Bhatnagar Fellow from 2018-21, Professor Gupta’s mission is to expand the global as well as local space for innovations from and for grassroots, link ideas in informal and formal sector and ensure recognition, respect and reward for creative communities and individuals. He believes in augmenting open innovations by individuals, institutions, corporations, and countries through frugal, flexible and friendly empathetic platforms.
Arvind Gupta left a factory job to pursue his passion; making science fun for children! He has written 30 books on science activities, translated 400 books into Hindi, and presented 125 films on science activities on Doordarshan. He worked at the Children’s Science Center at IUCAA, Pune for 11 years. The Centre produced 8,600 short videos on simple experiments and science toys in 20 different languages. The videos have been viewed by over 72million children worldwide. Every day, over 12,000 books are downloaded from his website arvindguptatoys. In 2018, he was awarded the Padma Shri and he also has to his credit, several awards including the inaugural Govt. of India award for Science Popularization among Children, IIT - Kanpur Distinguished Alumnus Award and Indira Gandhi Award for Science Popularization.
Dr. GVV Sharma received his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from IIT - Bombay, M.Sc.(Engineering) from Indian Institute of Science - Bangalore. and B.Tech from IIT - Guwahati. Before joining IIT - Hyderabad as a faculty member, he was employed in the software industry. He works on wireless technologies, but his passion for developmental engineering and taking technology to the masses, takes precedence over everything else. Since 2016, he has been a coordinator for the Teaching Learning Centre at IIT - Hyderabad and has been instrumental in training nearly 2,000 teachers in schools and colleges across the country.
Sudha Murty is the chairperson of Infosys Foundation and has handled 11 national disasters in the last 22 years. She strongly believes in creating awareness for social causes and has passionately traveled the world for this purpose. A prolific writer in English and Kannada, her books have been translated into all major Indian languages and have sold over 26 lakh copies around the country. Some of her awards include the R.K. Narayan Award for Literature, the Padma Shri in 2006, and most recently, the Lifetime Achievement by Crossword Book Awards in 2018. She lives by the belief that “Generosity of a few is hope for millions”.

Sumit Virmani heads marketing at Infosys and is responsible for realizing the Infosys brand ambitions globally. He joined Infosys in 2004 and has since held multiple strategic positions including the Head of Infosys Products & Platforms marketing as well as the Global Head of Corporate marketing. He champions marketing effectiveness and enjoys the challenge of building strong connects between marketing metrics and business outcomes. Sumit comes with over 19 years of experience in international marketing. Prior to joining Infosys, he has worked with Polaris Software and the Tata Group where he acquired his specialist skills in brand development, marketing communications and demand generation.
Trilochan Sastry is a Professor and former Dean of IIM - Bangalore. He is the founder of Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and the Centre for Collective Development. He is also the founder of Farmveda and has won several national awards including the Times of India, CNN-IBN and NDTV Indian of the Year Award and the Distinguished Alumni Award from IIT Delhi. He has also won several awards for teaching and research as a Professor. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Delhi, a PGP from IIM - Ahmedabad and a Ph.D from MIT.
