Dr. Vishal Sikka is a whole-time director of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Infosys. He is featured among the top 50 CEOs in Glassdoor’s annual Employees’ Choice Awards for the Highest Rated CEOs in 2015.
Prior to joining Infosys, Dr. Sikka was a member of the Executive Board of SAP AG, leading all products and technologies, and driving innovation globally. In his 12 years at SAP, Dr. Sikka was instrumental in defining the company’s technology and product strategy and architecture. He is credited with creating the breakthrough in-memory data platform, SAP HANA. Manish is responsible for overseeing services and solutions for global clients. He manages critical relationships with client executives, industry analysts, deal consultants, and anchors the training and development of key personnel. Manish is responsible for crafting and delivering business and technology solutions, while working with a globally distributed set of associates. Prior to this role, Manish was the Global Delivery Head of IT services for Financial Services and Insurance (FSI), responsible for nearly 35 percent of Infosys revenues. And before FSI, he reinforced the testing business for Infosys, doubling the revenues in just three years. He accomplished this by improving margins, the business mix, as well as the market positioning. Manish has around 22 years of industry experience, including three

Pramod Prakash Panda

Pramod is responsible for providing training and education to Infosys employees globally. He is responsible for creating the Competency Development Framework across all roles in the organization, crafting agile training solutions in the areas of technology, behavioral skills, and leadership skills. Sumit heads marketing at Infosys and is responsible for realizing the Infosys brand ambitions globally. He joined Infosys in 2004 and has since held multiple strategic positions including the Head of Infosys Products & Platforms marketing as well as the Global Head of Corporate marketing. He champions marketing effectiveness and enjoys the challenge of building strong connects between marketing metrics and business outcomes. Sumit comes with over 19 years of experience in international marketing. Prior to joining Infosys, he has worked with Polaris Software and the Tata Group where he acquired his specialist skills in brand development, marketing communications and demand generation.
