Solution

We helped transform the complete development methodology with an Agile approach along with DevOps automations, to bring in needed agility and speed. In parallel we decoupled the Customer Experience Layer with a service-oriented architecture (SOA) and moved the platform to a cloud set up, resulting in significant improvements in performance and scalability.
