This session will highlight the partnership between The National Retail Federation (NRF) and Infosys Technologies Limited in formulating the Basics of Retailing credential program. It is NRF's first accreditation program for information technology and business consulting professionals.
Participants can learn how the program fosters deeper industry familiarity among IT professionals. This program serves as an industry benchmark and helps align IT, business strategies and solutions with the business goals of retailers.

He has worked with retailers in Europe and US and developed sustainable solutions in Supply Chain and Merchandising. Senthil specializes in Enterprise Information Management practices in Master Data Management and Enterprise Performance Management. As a key member of the Infosys MDM Practice, he works with multiple retail organizations to define an enterprise strategy for managing master data or referential data for their diverse system architectures and business functions. Prior to Infosys, Senthil held managerial positions with global CPG companies.
