Speaker Profiles


Arindam heads Technology for the Manufacturing unit at Infosys. His group provides technology strategy and advisory services to Manufacturing customers globally, while providing solutions in supply chain and engineering collaboration. As a key visionary of E-speak, Arindam laid the foundation for the next generation of computing, now broadly known as web services and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).


Marc leads the strategic initiative at Baker Hughes to establish a common enterprise-wide CRM with Salesforce.com. The initiative aims to optimize CRM processes and systems for eight business divisions across Baker Hughes. He has over 15 years of experience in managing large enterprise programs comprising multi-disciplinary teams across geographies for leading companies in the energy sector.


Herman leads CRM Best Practice division responsible for global deployment and management of Salesforce.com across all DuPont business units. With over 20 years in Information Technology, his experience spans data center operations, manufacturing, sales support and customer care, IT planning, financial systems development and support, and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Infosys Moderator:

Atul has over 14 years of IT experience. He is responsible for sales and engagement of Salesforce.com at Infosys. His expertise spans Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and functional areas such as supply chain, customer care and Master Data Management (MDM) for manufacturing and the banking capital markets industry. Atul is also involved in program management, process consulting, IT outsourcing, implementation and sustenance services, project management and delivery, and business analysis across leading package and technology services.
