Stanford University has entered into a strategic partnership with an offshore vendor to ensure predictability and reduce costs for its administrative systems development and support functions. This presentation will explore the background, goals, issues and results of this initiative.



Robert O'Leary, Executive Director at Stanford University, is responsible for development and maintenance of strategic administrative systems and infrastructure. Prior to Stanford University, Robert was the Director of Administrative Computing at Dartmouth College. He was a Senior Manager at BearingPoint where he managed several ERP projects in higher education.

Colin Currie is the Director of Administrative Information Services at Princeton University. He is responsible for more than 30 administrative applications supporting the students, faculty and staff of Princeton University. Colin has 15 years of consulting experience during which he advised organizations across industries on ERP, strategic direction-setting and best practices in administrative services.
