This session has representation from corporate and influencer community. It presents a practitioners perspective to adopting social media for customer and employee engagement.
Deborah leads the Innovation and Design practice at the Altimeter Group, focusing on bringing the complete eco-system of disruptive technologies together for experimentation, active learning and real-world application. She is an industry veteran, advocating the early open-web based on adoption and impact of the social web on culture, society and business. She has advised Fortune 50 companies and Venture Capitalists (VCs) on technology adoption.
Bryce is responsible for business consulting as well as the implementation of Social Collaboration Capabilities within the enterprise. He has over 10 years of Business Analysis/ Project Management experience in the Healthcare industry. His expertise is on custom and purchased software implementations to meet the needs of highly regulated aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. Bryce is also a member of the Enterprise 2.0 Adoption Council.
Maggie helps businesses navigate the new socially-engaged Web. Her company has developed social-media strategies for some of the best-known brands in Europe and North America, including Ford Motor Company, SAP Global Marketing, Yamaha Motor, and Harlequin Publishing.
Gia has been providing consulting services and selling socio-collaborative solutions since 1996. She joined Jive Software in 2008. She currently assumes the role of Jive Communities Program Manager, where the Jive Consulting community management methods and frameworks are put into practice. She has spoken at many conferences, including Enterprise 2.0, KMWorld and Social Fresh.
Pradeep has extensive experience that spans 18 years in the IT industry. He joined Infosys in 1991. Pradeep incubated the Enterprise SaaS Unit in January 2007 with the goal of delivering business applications, owned and managed by Infosys in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. Prior to that, he incubated the Infosys-Microsoft solutions and alliance program.
