Harish Rajan has 14 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. He has worked in various capacities - Sales, Customer Support, Process, Change Management, and IT. Harish has led initiatives in areas of service delivery, logistics and ocean liner organizations with a wide IT implementation, transport network management, process centralization, and process off-shoring. He is currently leading the business architecture definition for a large transformation program at a freight forwarding and logistics organization.
