Learn more about Infosys' Validation Services
Companies today work in a collaborative ecosystem, exposing their business processes to multiple stakeholders, including partners, vendors and customers. Consequently, applications are often exposed outside the organization's boundaries. This demands highly reliable, available and stable applications with zero defects, which can be achieved only with increased focus on quality assurance, especially independent validation.
A Test Center of Excellence (TCoE) is an independent validation methodology that provides cost-efficiency and standardization to ensure high reliability, availability and stability of applications. TCoE means more than grouping several independent testing projects under one umbrella. Neither is it just about outsourcing or offshoring. TCoE is about implementing cost-effective solutions that use exclusive knowledge management techniques across the board, that apply various automation techniques, and that use various global delivery model options to deliver almost zero-defect applications.
