Infosys blends the science of software with the art of consulting: HBR

In 2004, Infosys challenged the status quo by providing consulting services to redesign operations and configure IT systems of customers, and transformed into an end-to-end IT services company.

Selectively forget the past
Infosys taps into a global talent pool to accelerate innovation by infusing new ideas and lateral thinking. As part of the 'Voice of Youth' program, high performers attend management council meetings to discuss and critique any aspect of business. Every strategy session complies with the '30/30' principle - 30% of participants should be younger than 30 years. This inclusivity approach has helped launch 10 R&D projects, ranging from healthcare to sustainability solutions.
