Infosys conferred the prestigious Oracle Excellence Awards for ‘Specialized Partner of the Year’ in North America and Asia Pacific

Oracle has awarded Infosys with its 2013 Oracle Excellence Award for ‘Specialized Partner of the Year’ – North America in two categories. In addition, Infosys also received Honorable Mentions for ‘Specialized Partner of the Year’ – North America for Communications, Media and Entertainment; Energy & Utilities; and Financial Services. Infosys was also awarded the 2013 APAC Oracle Excellence Award for ‘Specialized Partner of the Year’ – Industry.

The award is a reflection of the success of Infosys in adopting the specialized approach of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). The approach is aimed at enabling partners to establish industry recognition by following a formal process to become specialized in key Oracle solution areas.

The Oracle Excellence Awards for Specialized Partner of the Year – North America encourage innovation by OPN members, in using Oracle’s products and technology, to create value for customers and generate new business potential. These awards cover the Business Intelligence / Enterprise Performance Management and Services domain.

Infosys won the 2013 Oracle Excellence Award for ‘Specialized Partner of the Year’ – APAC in Industry for its Infosys Finacle solution for the financial services industry. The Infosys Finacle solution leverages Oracle technology and engineered systems.

In addition, Infosys was presented the 2013 Oracle Excellence Award for Eco-Enterprise Innovation as an implementation partner for one of its clients.

Infosys is a Diamond level member of OPN and has won Oracle Excellence Awards in the past.
