Infosys to Webcast AGM Proceedings on June 8, 2002

Infosys Technologies Limited today announced that it will broadcast live on the Internet, the proceedings of the 21st Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the shareholders to be held on June 8, 2002 at 3. 00 p. m., Indian Standard Time. The proceedings will be webcast on www.infosys.com.
