Infosys Technologies Limited today announced that it will broadcast live on the Internet, the proceedings of the 25th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the shareholders to be held on Saturday, June 10, 2006 at 3.00 p.m., Indian Standard Time. The proceedings will be webcast on www.infosys.com.
