Companies Sign Separate Agreement to Jointly Offer I.T. Services and Solutions to the Financial Services Industry

Infosys Technologies Limited (NASDAQ: INFY), a world leader in consulting and information technology services, and Provenir, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise customer lifecycle management software to the financial services industry, today announced they have entered into a global relationship in which Infosys will deliver professional services to Provenir. In a separate agreement the companies have agreed to jointly offer information technology services and solutions.
