Infosys Test Hub improves end-user experience through automation at Kraft Heinz


In this video, Aaron Katz, Senior Manager at Kraft Heinz, speaks about how Infosys has grown to be a key partner for the company across its strategic organizational changes and developments. Kraft was able to automate 85 percent of its regression test script inventory by focusing on regression, integration, performance testing, and project-test preparation. With the development of test-hub, the organization was able to meet quality standards and timelines at minimal cost.
The key successes resulting from this partnership include:

  • Reduction of production issues from 40 percent to five percent
  • Increase in automation from zero to 80 percent in regression
  • Attaining zero defects at an early stage using 'shift left'
