ISG positions Infosys as a Salesforce ecosystem leader in US and Germany
ISG, a leading global technology research and advisory firm, has recognized Infosys as a Salesforce ecosystem ‘Leader’ in the ‘Implementation and Integration Services for Large Enterprises’ as well as ‘Managed Application Services for Large Enterprises’ quadrants across US and Germany. This was noted in the latest ISG Provider LensTM reports focused on these countries. Through 4 separate ratings, ISG emphasized Infosys’ strong delivery model, powerful industry-specific solutions, part of Infosys Cobalt, compelling tool support and deployment automation solutions. Infosys’ mature contract models, extensive ISV network supporting Salesforce-based solutions, and its presence in the DACH - Deutschland (Germany), Austria, Confœderatio Helvetica (Switzerland) region were also highlighted.
According to ISG, among vendors/providers, leaders stand out with a highly attractive product and service offering and a strong market and competitive position. Leaders fulfill all requirements for successful market cultivation and are therefore poised as opinion leaders, providing strategic impulses to the market. They also ensure innovative strength and stability.
ISG notes that, “Infosys is a highly capable provider of Salesforce-related services with strong expertise for effective deployment and offers numerous powerful industry-specific solutions. Infosys offers large customers a compelling portfolio for operational support of Salesforce-based applications with powerful use of tools and automation.”
In the US quadrant report, ISG says that Infosys has a strong portfolio and numerous predefined solutions and compelling productivity tools. ISG also mentions that Infosys has “substantiated its leading position in early 2020 by the acquisition of the Salesforce provider Simplus, which adds significantly to Infosys´ capabilities in the U.S.”
In the Germany quadrant report, ISG notes, “Infosys has traditionally had a strong presence in the DACH region and has a powerful delivery model and a compelling range of development and automation tools. More recently, Infosys has demonstrated significant growth in the Salesforce area, including the acquisition of Europe-based vendor Fluido.” ISG further remarks, “The proportion of fixed-price or outcome-based contracts from Infosys in the DACH region is relatively high, which shows that the company is prepared to assume joint responsibility for the respective outcomes at the customer’s site.”
