USG Boral Greasing the IT Wheels with Focus on Business Outcomes


Infosys inked an SAP SuccessFactors deployment contract with USG Boral, a manufacturer and supplier of plasterboard walls and ceiling lining systems and accessories in Asia, Australasia, and the Middle East. The engagement included building a single, global human resource system of record, replacing varied legacy systems for employee data to support all people processes. Infosys devised an adoption strategy for the new talent management solution, security, and support services to move into cloud. The objective was to provide a seamless experience to end users with reduced time to business changes. Leading analyst firm Horses for Sources (HfS) Research covered this in its point of view (PoV) titled, ‘USG Boral Greasing the IT Wheels With Focus on Business Outcomes.’
