To identify the participant and communicate with them for the duration of the present campaign.

Infosys #SitWithMe Campaign team which includes internal team and external parties (e.g. vendors of Infosys).

Data transfer (International):

If necessary for the above stated purpose, the Personal Data listed above may be transferred to or accessed from other countries such as India, US, countries within EU, etc., whose data protection legislation may differ from that of your country. The datacenters of Infosys cloud service providers are located in US and Ireland.

Data Security:

Appropriate technical and organizational measures will be taken to safeguard and ensure the security and confidentiality of the data, especially to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing, unauthorized or accidental loss or destruction of the Personal Data.

Data Retention:

Personal Data that is no longer required to be retained as per legal and business requirements will be disposed in a secure manner.

Your Rights:
