Infosys conducted this massive exercise for a large retail organization to unearth the value from their mountains of data. We identified 7,000 unique user characteristics from the existing data and mapped out a ‘customer genome’, making customer segmentation much easier. This in turn, helped our client to deliver perfect experiences to each customer in the form of website content, personalized emails, promotions, and even offline sales.
