Overview

Infosys Limited (the "Company" or “Infosys”) is committed to providing an accessible environment for all clients, employees, job applicants, suppliers, and visitors who enter our premises, access our information, or use our services.

As an organization, we respect and comply with the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its associated regulations. We strive to provide an accessible and welcoming environment for everyone by identifying and removing barriers and ensuring that new barriers are not created. The Company is committed to improving accessibility for persons with disabilities in a manner that respects dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.

The Company is committed to meeting its current and ongoing obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code respecting non-discrimination and understands that the obligations under the Act and its accessibility standards do not substitute or limit its obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code or obligations to people with disabilities under any other law.

The Company recognizes the diverse needs of all our employees, clients and the public that may be affected by the services that we provide and will respond by striving to create provision of accessible employment services for persons with disabilities.

Multi-year Accessibility Plan (AODA) – Ontario (2023 to 2027)

This Multi Year Accessibility Plan (the "Plan") drafted under the AODA outlines how Infosys is responding to and going beyond our legislated obligations to identify, prevent and remove barriers for persons with disabilities. Completed Initiatives

Completed Initiatives

The Company has completed the following initiatives to prevent and remove barriers and comply with the Act:

  • The Company has created and implemented a written policy and procedures on how to achieve accessibility by meeting all applicable accessibility requirements of the Act.
  • The Company has established and implemented a multi-year accessibility plan.
  • The Company has revised and finalized an Accommodation Policy, which helps the Company review accommodation needs under various protected grounds.
  • The Company’s accessibility plan is posted the Company's intranet - the Canada Portal.
  • The Company provides the accessibility plan in accessible format when requested.
  • The Company updates the accessibility plan at least once every five years.
  • The Company provides training to all employees on the Act.
  • Accessibility at the work-place and office facilities for employees, contractors and clients, to be sent to Canada.facilities@infosys.com and ER.Canada@infosys.com.
New and Ongoing Initiatives

New and Ongoing Initiatives

The Company plans to take or is in the process of completing the following initiatives to prevent and remove barriers and comply with the AODA by the end of 2027:

  • Working towards enhancing communication levels for sharing information to candidates for accommodation during the pre-hire process.
  • Working towards enhancing the process for submitting accessibility requests from employees and clients.
  • Expand mental health resources and services, including for employees with disabilities.
