How do I register for APAC Confluence 2026?

Registration to this event is by invite only. Click on the “Register Now” button on your email invitation to complete your registration.

Which airport should I fly into?

You should fly into Melbourne Airport (MEL). The venue is approximately 35 minutes from the airport.

What is the dress code for the conference and the cocktail reception

The dress code for the event is smart business casuals.

Is there a conference fee for attending?

The conference is an exclusive invitation-only event. There is no attendance fee for the delegates.

What is the conference language?

The conference language is English. All sessions and communications will be in English.

What is the process of booking my accommodation at the hotel?

To make a booking at Crowne Plaza Melbourne, please use the 'Book Hotel Now' link that will display upon completion of your conference registration. Please note Infosys has negotiated a special discounted rate of AUD 325/- (inclusive of GST) for attendees of the Confluence during event dates. This is applicable for a limited number of rooms and is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Can I stay at an alternative hotel?

Yes, attendees can stay at any hotel of their choice. However, with the conference being hosted at MCG, kindly keep the distance from the venue under consideration.

Can I extend my stay at the hotel? What are the rates?

You may choose to extend your stay at the hotel by making a personal booking. The discounted rates will be applicable from the 31st of January – 1st of February 2026 for Confluence attendees through the hotel booking link (based on availability).
