ZD provides a template for everyone to innovate. LOOK, LEARN, IMPROVE and ARTICULATE are the 4 phases of this journey to finding creative solutions. Pick from a choice of methods to discover real problems, find novel solutions and to get yourself ‘unstuck’ when innovating.

If you are a first-time user, it is best to follow the order of LOOK, LEARN, IMPROVE and ARTICULATE for a complete understanding of the process. If you are familiar with the ZD template, then you can jump right in. You can select as many methods as you need to create your own source of inspiration. Print these out as a ready reckoner for later use. You can also print any individual method using the print button.
