We use or process your Personal Data with your Consent for the below purpose(s). Where we process Personal Data based on consent, your consent is revocable at any time

• For analyzing your responses to the Infosys Agile Radar survey and sharing the outcome in the form of a personalized report with you.
• For sharing our Infosys Agile Radar 2021 report with you.
• For sharing our Infosys Agile Radar industrial report about a particular Industry selected by you
• For Sending Marketing and Sales related communication with you.
• For strengthening Business relations with you
• For reaching out to you with Consultation and advices regarding the improvement areas, basis your responses and outcome to the Agile Radar Survey.

Your Data Protection Rights: Depending on the laws of the country where you reside, you have certain rights in respect of your personal data. For EU participants, if you would like further information about your data protection rights or to submit a request to access, rectify or delete your Personal Data, as well as to object for legitimate purpose to the processing of your Personal Data. These rights may be exercised, by sending an email to privacy@infosys.com.

Right to Withdrawal: Where we process your Personal Data based on your consent, you may withdraw you consent to the processing at any time for the future. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing operation before your withdrawal. To withdraw your consent, please write to us at privacy@infosys.com.

Secondary Purpose

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Consent, then we will provide you with a new Consent explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing, unless authorized by law.

Data Transfer: The Personal Data listed above may be transferred outside your country, on the basis of your consent, to locations such as India, United States of America, Singapore, Hong Kong, European Economic Area etc.; for which data protection legislation may differ from that of your country.
