Americas Product Customer Service Leader, Cisco Systems
As the leader of the Americas Product Customer Service team within Cisco’s Customer and Partner Services organization, Eric Haff and his team oversee the delivery of globally consistent, scalable, end-to-end business processes including both pre- and post-sales activities like quoting, ordering, supply chain escalations, logistics, returns, and invoicing disputes to 35 countries across North and South America. A veteran of 15 years at Cisco, Eric has worked across a number of functions including commerce capability enablement, technical service (e.g. maintenance) contract management, and most recently process management including digitization efforts.
Eric graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Materials Science from the University of California at Davis, and is a native of Santa Cruz, California where he lives with his wife of 14 years and their 2- and 5-year-old daughters.
