Federico Della Casa

Federico Della Casa has been the Country Leader of Salesforce Italy since 2016.

He joined the company in 2014 as Regional Vice President of Salesforce Italia with the clear objective to increase the Italian presence in terms of revenue and reputation.

Before joining Salesforce, he launched Beqom, a provider of compensation management software, and led in its international growth as Head of Sales.

Federico has a wealth of experience with the IT industry, having served in various global companies in relevant management positions. He used to work for J.D. Edwards, MicroStrategy, OutlookSoft and Cognos. He began his career at Walt Disney after gaining a Bachelor of Macroeconomics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Away from the office, Federico is a keen cyclist and skier, is passionate about Neuroscience and proactively supports various non-profit organisations.
