Heather Hutchinson is Vice President of Sourcing, Vendor Management and Corporate Services at OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc. responsible for leading all strategic sourcing activities including category and business spend, post contract vendor management discipline and operations customer service support activities. Heather has accountability for all national sourcing and vendor management activities as well as all print, mail and fulfillment needs for the company. She has built the sourcing and vendor management organization within OneAmerica from the ground up and leads a national team of Strategic sourcing, purchasing and vendor management leaders.

Heather’s career experience ranges from customer/consumer service delivery in highly regulated environments to global customer experience integration team management. Heather has held various roles including leading global teams and working with executive stakeholders and key business partners across the globe.

Prior to joining OneAmerica, Heather held senior level positions at MasterCard and Anheuser-Busch in St. Louis, Missouri where she was responsible for the global consumer facing contact centers focused on delivering a differentiating customer and consumer experience through services channels and in strategic sourcing delivering significant cost savings and efficiencies through key sourcing strategies.

Heather has 20+ years of experience in sourcing and vendor management at Fortune 500 organizations, with a focus on manufacturing, financial services and IT sourcing. She has managed people, organizations and projects across the globe focused on delivering the highest quality in consumer and customer experiences.

Heather holds a BA in Communications from California State University of Fullerton and a Master’s in Advertising from Webster University in St Louis. A native of California, Heather has been married for 14 years and has 2 children. She enjoys golf and abstract painting.
