Nathan Bell is the Executive for B2B Digital Transformation, leading Telstra’s shift to being Digital centric in the way it serves its customers and partners across Business and Enterprise as well as supporting its internal customers, 10,000 Telstra employees, on an end to end Customer Journey. Nathan is responsible for leading the businesses understanding of the End State they are transforming to, the Transformation of the business with a Customer Lens and the Delivery of these changes across Capability, Processes and people. This transformation will form a significant part of Telstra’s 2022 strategy, fundamentally changing the nature of telecommunication products and services in Australia by eliminating many pain points for customers, partners and employees.
With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, Nathan has held a number of senior leadership and sales positions in Europe and Asia Pacific at companies including AT&T, KPNQwest, BT and Telstra. In Nathan’s most recent role with Telstra, he was instrumental in establishing the Joint Venture Telkomtelstra, serving businesses in Indonesia with a suite of Managed Services delivered by an organization and capability-set that is digitally native. He has gained worldwide recognition for his expertise in developing new capabilities and revenue streams across Asia Pacific and Europe.
